Humanitarian Award at River Run!
The River Run International Film Festival documentary jury surprised us with a humanitarian award for "A Journey of a Thousand Miles: Peacekeepers." Best Documentary at Bentonville Film Festival!
We're honored that " A Journey of a Thousand Miles: Peacekeepers" won the Jury award for Best Documentary at the Bentonville Film Festival, where women and diverse voices in media are championed.
And on mother's day weekend, we celebrate these female peacekeepers who fulfill multiple roles — as mothers, providers, and role models for their families and their country. They defy stereotypes. We salute them!

We are honored to share the story of these 3 extraordinary women; who are flag-bearers of bravery for their country, the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission, and their families.
Nancy Ajaponna named UNPol of the Month!
Nancy Ajaponna is honored in the March 2014 edition of MINUSTAH Magazine for her work as the Deputy Chief of Operations for FPU/SWAT. She is the first woman to ever hold this incredibly important position.
Nancy is one of several remarkable women that "Peacekeepers" follows over the course of one year's deployment in Haiti. Stay tuned for more of their stories.
